The Challenge

The client asked me to revamp their onboarding program, moving it from a clunky Excel format to something more modern and engaging. I focused on creating a user-friendly experience that felt familiar to U.S. learners and inclusive for Spanish-speaking staff by adding a full Spanish translation.

With a tight timeline and a modest budget, I made smart design choices to deliver effective learning without overcomplicating things. Since employees would be using tablets during their shifts, I optimized the program for easy navigation and smooth performance on those devices.

The final result was a clean, accessible onboarding experience tailored to the client’s team. By combining thoughtful design, cultural considerations, and solid tech support, we delivered a solution that went beyond expectations and helped boost both learning and engagement.
